We have a very unique environment here at One Step. What I value the most are the people – the environment that the people make up. I enjoy coming to work every day. It is a place that you can build your skills, contribute your ideas and have a future.
I am confident that, at One Step Secure IT, we know what we are doing to secure an environment. We can make your environment secure.
I think what makes One Step unique is our senior leadership team. In my opinion, our culture starts with them. They treat every employee with the utmost respect and, not only have an open-door policy, but they truly want to hear from the team. Their business ethics are beyond reproach. That respect trickles down and creates the environment that I enjoy at One Step.
Scott Kreisberg founded One Step Data, Inc in 1985, following his graduation from California State University of Northridge with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and Marketing, minoring in Computer Science. After completing his degree and gaining extensive business experience working at larger corporations, Scott decided to venture into the world of entrepreneurship and start his own business. Pairing his educational background with real-world experience, Mr. Kreisberg has been able to combine his love for technology and business acumen to build a successful technology solutions company. Most recently, Scott saw the need to expand his business into IT services, transitioning from providing technology to securing it, too. With the proliferation of the internet and all things moving to the cloud, Mr. Kreisberg wanted to help businesses navigate these often complex technological seas. Today, Mr. Kreisberg sees a bright future for his company and remains just as excited to continue growing his business as he did in year one.
