Scott Kreisberg founded One Step Data, Inc in 1985, following his graduation from California State University of Northridge with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and Marketing, minoring in Computer Science. After completing his degree and gaining extensive business experience working at larger corporations, Scott decided to venture into the world of entrepreneurship and start his own business. Pairing his educational background with real-world experience, Mr. Kreisberg has been able to combine his love for technology and business acumen to build a successful technology solutions company. Most recently, Scott saw the need to expand his business into IT services, transitioning from providing technology to securing it, too. With the proliferation of the internet and all things moving to the cloud, Mr. Kreisberg wanted to help businesses navigate these often complex technological seas. Today, Mr. Kreisberg sees a bright future for his company and remains just as excited to continue growing his business as he did in year one.

Cheryl excels in client consultation to discover business needs, wants and abilities and then implementing processes and tools to achieve those needs. As a consultant in a prior life, she was able to engage with many struggling businesses and restore them to health. Cheryl brings these skills to One Step Secure IT, working with business owners to improve their computer systems, protect their network and secure the entire environment in an organized and prioritized manner. Her goals are increasing operational efficiency, reducing downtime, and helping the owners and management focus on their business while she and her team focus on Managed Services.

Alicia Kreisberg graduated from California State University Northridge, earning a Bachelor of Science degree, with honors, in Psychology and Child Development, before attending graduate school at Pepperdine University. As the CAO of One Step, her education in Psychology and Child Development has helped foster her interest in marketing and her passion for people and culture. Before joining One Step, Ms. Kreisberg worked for Contemporary Casuals and Bullock’s (now Macy’s) in Southern California. Her many years in retail inspired her to join the One Step Retail Solutions team in 1993 with the desire to help her fellow retailers. After spending more than 25 years in the retail technology industry, she saw the need to offer additional IT services to her retail clients, as well as protect the security of their businesses. She is pleased to be able to contribute to the One Step Secure IT Services team.

Brett Stoddard graduated from Idaho State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, prior to accepting a position in public service at the Federal Bureau of Investigation. In his time with the FBI, Mr. Stoddard’s efforts helped greatly advance the Bureau’s national security and technological endeavors, earning him a Letter of Commendation from Director William Sessions. For more than 25 years now, Mr. Stoddard has worked as a technology executive, sharing his deep expertise across information technology, software development, strategic operations and planning with emerging-growth technology companies as an advisor and financier. In his current role, Mr. Stoddard serves as Chief Operating Officer at One Step Secure IT, where he continues to push the envelope on data security and technological innovation.
